dcs在連續(xù)控制領(lǐng)域有這極其重要的地位,到目前為止,對于dcs未來發(fā)展問題有許多爭論,但下面的幾個問題是大多數(shù)認(rèn)識認(rèn)為dcs急需解決的問題;   (1)開放性。關(guān)于開放性,這個問題是制約dcs發(fā)展的一個很大的因素,由于dcs各廠家對于自己的網(wǎng)絡(luò)協(xié)議和系統(tǒng)軟件采取嚴(yán)格的保密措施,這就造成了如果別的廠家的plc或其它的控制設(shè)備就不可能很好的無縫的接入dcs控制系統(tǒng),往往需要經(jīng)過復(fù)雜的協(xié)議轉(zhuǎn)換,得到的通訊速率和通訊能力都很不理想,例如honeywell公司的tps系統(tǒng)和ab公司的plc5系列的plc進行通訊就需要通過串口并加上雙方為通訊開發(fā)出來的輔助設(shè)備來實現(xiàn),但當(dāng)通訊量較大時,其實時性就大大降低,這個問題就阻礙了dcs的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域和競爭力。目前一些dcs廠家已經(jīng)意識到該問題的嚴(yán)重性,目前honeywell公司主推的pks控制系統(tǒng)就采取了controlnet的通訊網(wǎng)絡(luò),舍棄了傳統(tǒng)的lcn網(wǎng),且采用了服務(wù)器結(jié)構(gòu)的形式,使其開放性大大加強。除去通信問題以外,操作系統(tǒng)、數(shù)據(jù)庫、人機界面、控制策略的組態(tài)等方面,都有開放性問題,所以隨著技術(shù)進步,dcs的開放性需要逐漸加強,而且還應(yīng)發(fā)揮其特色,使分散型計算機控制系統(tǒng),從傳統(tǒng)dcs中解放出來,使dcs與cips系統(tǒng)的調(diào)度層、管理層、決策層(輔助決策層)進行無縫連接,將dcs的相關(guān)信息上傳,使其實時數(shù)據(jù)庫、歷史數(shù)據(jù)庫為上述3層所共用,避免重復(fù)建庫,為先進控制和優(yōu)化建好平臺,與上層的關(guān)系數(shù)據(jù)庫共享數(shù)據(jù),真正實現(xiàn)管控一體化。
