1、通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)故障：通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)類故障一般易發(fā)生在接點(diǎn)總線、就地總線處，或因地址標(biāo)識錯(cuò)誤所造成。
2、節(jié)點(diǎn)總線故障：節(jié)點(diǎn)總線的傳送介質(zhì)一般為同軸電纜，有的采用令牌信號傳送方式，有的采用帶沖突檢測的確良多路送取爭用總線信號傳送方式。不論采用哪種方式，當(dāng)總線的干線任一處中斷時(shí)，都會(huì)導(dǎo)致該總線上所有站及其子設(shè)備通信故障。
3、就地總線故障：就地總線或現(xiàn)場總線一般由雙絞線組成的數(shù)據(jù)通信網(wǎng)絡(luò)。由于其連接的設(shè)備是與生產(chǎn)過程直接發(fā)生聯(lián)系的一次元件或控制設(shè)備，所以工作環(huán)境惡劣，故障率高，容易受到檢修人員的誤動(dòng)而影響生產(chǎn)過程。
