好DCS系統(tǒng)參數(shù)的記錄及備份工作。詳細記錄78個自調(diào)系統(tǒng)的PID參數(shù)，及正反作用，各報警點的報警值及各連鎖控制的參數(shù)等，對原有的工程數(shù)據(jù)文件進行備份工作，以備工程下裝和傳送時使用。 2、 對4臺操作站微機進行升級安裝。先利用一臺DELL微機對其硬盤格式化分區(qū)，并安裝windows 2000系統(tǒng)，對網(wǎng)卡和顯卡等進行驅(qū)動安裝，配置必要的IP地址等，在2000系統(tǒng)運行正常后，安裝JX-300X 3.16軟件，各項工作完成后，試運行幾天后，各項指標(biāo)均正常。對另外3臺微機也做相應(yīng)升級安裝，并按照一臺工程師站和3臺操作員站進行配置。 3、 數(shù)據(jù)轉(zhuǎn)換工作，利用新版V3.16軟件中SCKey應(yīng)用軟件對備份好的DCSDATA數(shù)據(jù)文件進行轉(zhuǎn)換工作，并對SCControl文件和SCX文件均進行重新編輯及轉(zhuǎn)換，并做好相應(yīng)的保存工作。 4、 2臺控制站的升級安裝。利用尿素的短停機會，將1#站的卡件包括通訊及控制芯片進行處理，將其重插后進行數(shù)據(jù)備份，參數(shù)設(shè)置，一切工作完好之后，完成對工作主控卡的相應(yīng)安裝。2#控制站也做相應(yīng)處理工作。 5
數(shù)據(jù)的下裝和傳送。先利用先前的記錄參數(shù)對各自調(diào)回路的PID參數(shù)、正反作用及其它參數(shù)進行對照修改后，對編譯正確后的工程數(shù)據(jù)給2個控制站進行下裝，下裝正確后，相應(yīng)地對各操作站進行數(shù)據(jù)傳送，待一切工作完成后，觀察各項工作均正常。 （4）使用情況： 從10月29 日升級完成至今運行整個系統(tǒng)運行正常，系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性差得到了提高，控制站從未出現(xiàn)過故障，卡件通訊工作正常，四臺操作站運行均正常，未出現(xiàn)過死機和通訊不暢等現(xiàn)象，可以說整個DCS系統(tǒng)各項指標(biāo)運行正常。 （5）項目評價： 升級前的二尿DCS系統(tǒng)面臨著無法正常工作，整個DCS系統(tǒng)將癱瘓的危險，二尿系統(tǒng)將面臨停車的局面，項目順利完成后，直接經(jīng)濟效益為化肥廠節(jié)約10萬余元，間接經(jīng)濟效益為因不升級將造成DCS系統(tǒng)無法工作，操作站無法使用，尿素面臨著的停車的危險將被有效避免，不可小視。升級后克服了原來存在的種種問題，使系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定，另外新版本的一些新功能也為操作工操作帶來方便，總之對二尿的穩(wěn)產(chǎn)高產(chǎn)打下了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。

If some operation stations suddenly do not display, it indicates that the UPS or mains power is cut off, and the microcomputer maintenance worker is immediately notified for repair. If the operating station with electricity can monitor normally, it will not affect the normal adjustment of the control system.
