項(xiàng)目概況: 二尿DCS集散控制系統(tǒng)原為JX-300X系統(tǒng),操作站采用DELL PC微機(jī),操作系統(tǒng)為windows NT系統(tǒng),應(yīng)用系統(tǒng)為浙大JX-300X 3.10軟件。 升級(jí)改造前該系統(tǒng)面臨的問(wèn)題:1、系統(tǒng)穩(wěn)定性差,控制站故障高,經(jīng)常出現(xiàn)卡件不能通訊不能正常工作。2、操作站原為DELL微機(jī)以超出服務(wù)期,微機(jī)配件市場(chǎng)已經(jīng)買(mǎi)不到,而二尿操作站微機(jī)有一臺(tái)主板以壞無(wú)法修復(fù),其它3臺(tái)微機(jī)也不同程度出現(xiàn)死機(jī)、通訊不暢等故障,嚴(yán)重影響著尿素控制的正常操作。3、新夠進(jìn)DELL微機(jī)又不支持浙大原有NT操作系統(tǒng)和JX-300X 3.10軟件,面臨著舊微機(jī)無(wú)配件、新微機(jī)裝不上原有軟件的困境。4、一旦操作站另外三臺(tái)微機(jī)出現(xiàn)故障損壞,尿素系統(tǒng)將面臨停車(chē)的危險(xiǎn)。 在種種原因下,為了保證DCS系統(tǒng)的正常運(yùn)行,而不致于影響尿素生產(chǎn),經(jīng)研究并做了充足的試驗(yàn)后決定對(duì)原有DCS集散控制系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行升級(jí)改造,將各操作站裝成windows 2000系統(tǒng),和浙大V3.16系統(tǒng),并將2個(gè)控制站也做相應(yīng)的升級(jí)改造,有效地解決了原來(lái)存在的問(wèn)題,為尿素的穩(wěn)定運(yùn)行打下了堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。 升級(jí)前我們聯(lián)系過(guò)浙大中控,如來(lái)工程師幫助升級(jí),需我們支付包括技術(shù)服務(wù)費(fèi)、工程師差路費(fèi)等在內(nèi)等7萬(wàn)元,以及所需軟件費(fèi)及配件費(fèi)3萬(wàn)元,共計(jì)十萬(wàn)余元,我們決定自己進(jìn)行升級(jí),盡可能的為化肥廠節(jié)約費(fèi)用,直接經(jīng)濟(jì)效益為化肥廠節(jié)約10萬(wàn)余元,間接經(jīng)濟(jì)效益因不升級(jí)將造成DCS系統(tǒng)無(wú)法工作,操作站無(wú)法使用,面臨著尿素停車(chē)的危險(xiǎn),升級(jí)避免了此危險(xiǎn)的發(fā)生,不可小視。 


根據(jù)計(jì)算機(jī)控制設(shè)備特點(diǎn),DCS除像常規(guī)控制設(shè)備一樣進(jìn)行外圍設(shè)備檢修外,隨機(jī)組大小修至少要進(jìn)行以下項(xiàng)目的檢修,即模件組態(tài)拷貝,核實(shí)控制模件標(biāo)志和地址;清掃電源、模件及防塵濾網(wǎng),檢查緊固控制柜接線(xiàn),進(jìn)行接地系統(tǒng)檢查,冷卻風(fēng)扇檢修,電源設(shè)備檢修測(cè)試;重要測(cè)量和保護(hù)信號(hào)線(xiàn)路絕緣檢查;電子室溫度、濕度及含塵量檢修前測(cè)試,檢修后復(fù)查;模件電源及冗余模件的切換試驗(yàn);報(bào)警及保護(hù)功能測(cè)試;通信、手動(dòng)操作站檢查;進(jìn)行卡進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)等;檢修前要做好充分的準(zhǔn)備工作,檢修中要嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行工序卡制度,并認(rèn)真做好檢修記錄,對(duì)電源、模件等測(cè)試要仔細(xì)填寫(xiě)測(cè)試報(bào)告。

After each operation station exits the real-time monitoring and operating system in sequence, turn off the power to the industrial control computer and display of the operation station;

(2) Turn off the power supply of the control station power box one by one;

(3) Turn off the power switches of each branch;

(4) Turn off the uninterruptible power supply (UPS) switch;Turn off the main power switch

Step 3: Perform DCS power outage maintenancePower outage, blowing and maintenance of operation and control stations. Dust cleaning of components such as the internal control computer, control station cage, and power box.

Maintain and troubleshoot faults found during daily and regular inspections that cannot be promptly addressed.

Instrument and circuit maintenance: including power supply lines, I/O signal lines, communication lines, terminal blocks, relays, safety barriers, etc. Ensure that all instruments are working properly, the wiring is reliably connected, and the markings are clear and correct.

Grounding system maintenance. Including terminal inspection, grounding inspection of each operating station (industrial computer, display), grounding inspection of each control station (power supply, machine cage), and ground resistance testing
