按如下順序切斷電源
（1）每個(gè)操作站依次退出實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)控及操作系統(tǒng)后，關(guān)閉操作站工控機(jī)及顯示器電源；
（2）逐個(gè)關(guān)閉控制站電源箱電源；
（3）關(guān)閉各個(gè)支路電源開關(guān)；
（4）關(guān)閉不間斷電源（UPS）開關(guān)；
（5）關(guān)閉總電源開關(guān)。
大修期間對DCS系統(tǒng)應(yīng)進(jìn)行徹底的維護(hù)，內(nèi)容包括
（1）系統(tǒng)停電檢修，包括徹底的灰塵清理，改接線等內(nèi)容。
（2） 對于在日常巡檢，定期巡檢中發(fā)現(xiàn)而不能及時(shí)處理的問題進(jìn)行集中處理，如系統(tǒng)升級，組態(tài)下載等。
（3）系統(tǒng)在檢修前應(yīng)對DCS系統(tǒng)組態(tài)進(jìn)行備份，并對系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行參數(shù)（如PID等）進(jìn)行上載和備份。
（4）在檢修期間更改組態(tài)、控制及聯(lián)鎖程序，必須組織工藝、設(shè)備、電氣和儀表相關(guān)負(fù)責(zé)人共同參與聯(lián)鎖調(diào)試，并形成聯(lián)鎖調(diào)試記錄。
（5）檢修期間應(yīng)檢查供電和接地系統(tǒng)是否符合要求。
（6）及時(shí)做好大修期間DCS維護(hù)記錄。
大修期間系統(tǒng)維護(hù)步驟
Dust and seal the control cabinet, and replace the cooling fan.
7) Maintenance of recorders, printers, alarm windows, human-machine interface equipment, etc.
8) Eliminate defects that cannot be handled during operation, restore and improve various flags.
9) Hardware device function test, configuration software loading and inspection.
10) Measurement module calibration and on-site equipment maintenance.
11) Protection interlocking test.
12) Inspection and replacement of cables, pipelines and their accessories.
DCS systems often have rich self diagnostic functions. Based on the alarm, the fault point can be directly identified, and the maintenance results can also be verified by eliminating the alarm.
2) Poor contact of communication connectors can cause communication faults. After confirming poor contact of communication connectors, tools can be used to redo the connectors; If the communication line is damaged, it should be replaced in a timely manner.
3) The flashing fault light of a certain card or all data on the card being zero may be due to incorrect configuration information, the card being in a standby state with redundant terminal connection wires not connected, the card itself malfunctioning, or the lack of configuration information in that slot.
Major repair projects
The major overhaul of the DCS system is carried out randomly on the main equipment of the group, and the major overhaul items include the following contents:
1) Conduct a comprehensive inspection of the control equipment and keep records.
2) Copy the configuration of all modules and verify their flags and addresses.
3) Clean the power supply and modules of the control cabinet, and clean the dust-proof filter screen of the panel cabinet.
4) Check and tighten the wiring and fixing screws of the control cabinet.
5) Grounding system inspection, power performance testing, and line insulation testing.
