根據(jù)計(jì)算機(jī)控制設(shè)備特點(diǎn),DCS除像常規(guī)控制設(shè)備一樣進(jìn)行外圍設(shè)備檢修外,隨機(jī)組大小修至少要進(jìn)行以下項(xiàng)目的檢修,即模件組態(tài)拷貝,核實(shí)控制模件標(biāo)志和地址;清掃電源、模件及防塵濾網(wǎng),檢查緊固控制柜接線,進(jìn)行接地系統(tǒng)檢查,冷卻風(fēng)扇檢修,電源設(shè)備檢修測(cè)試;重要測(cè)量和保護(hù)信號(hào)線路絕緣檢查;電子室溫度、濕度及含塵量檢修前測(cè)試,檢修后復(fù)查;模件電源及冗余模件的切換試驗(yàn);報(bào)警及保護(hù)功能測(cè)試;通信、手動(dòng)操作站檢查;進(jìn)行卡進(jìn)行校驗(yàn)等;檢修前要做好充分的準(zhǔn)備工作,檢修中要嚴(yán)格執(zhí)行工序卡制度,并認(rèn)真做好檢修記錄,對(duì)電源、模件等測(cè)試要仔細(xì)填寫測(cè)試報(bào)告。


大修項(xiàng)目

  DCS系統(tǒng)大修隨機(jī)組主設(shè)備大修進(jìn)行,大修項(xiàng)目因包括以下內(nèi)容:

  1) 對(duì)控制設(shè)備進(jìn)行全面檢查,作好記錄。

  2) 拷貝所有模件的組態(tài),核實(shí)模件的標(biāo)志和地址。

  3) 清掃控制柜電源及模件,清理盤柜防塵濾網(wǎng)。

  4) 檢查、緊固控制柜接線及固定螺絲。

  5) 接地系統(tǒng)檢查,電源性能測(cè)試,線路絕緣測(cè)試。

  6) 對(duì)控制柜進(jìn)行防塵、密封處理,更換冷卻風(fēng)扇。

  7) 記錄儀、打印機(jī)、報(bào)警窗、人機(jī)接口設(shè)備等檢修。

  8) 消除運(yùn)行中無法處理的缺陷,恢復(fù)和完善各種標(biāo)志。

  9) 硬件設(shè)備功能試驗(yàn),組態(tài)軟件裝載及檢查。

  10)測(cè)量模件校驗(yàn),現(xiàn)場(chǎng)設(shè)備檢修。

  11)保護(hù)聯(lián)鎖試驗(yàn)。

  12)電纜、管路及其附件檢查、更換。
