隨著DCS在大型火電廠的普遍應用,如何確定DCS檢修內(nèi)容、檢修周期及維修項目才能保證DCS在火電廠應用條件下安全運行,是提高其可靠性的關(guān)鍵。實際應用中,應充分利用計算機系統(tǒng)自診斷功能,及早發(fā)現(xiàn)異常情況,防止模件故障;檢修時也要有合理的檢修工藝和程序,兼顧DCS本身檢修和重視控制系統(tǒng)外部設(shè)備的檢修,并要根據(jù)DCS系統(tǒng)特性列出檢修注意事項,做好一定的防護措施,以避免DCS裝置模件在檢修中受到損害。


調(diào)節(jié)閥儀表氣源壓力低或儀表空氣全部斷氣

  當發(fā)現(xiàn)多個自調(diào)系統(tǒng)失靈,監(jiān)控畫面上自調(diào)閥閥位在全開或全關(guān)位置,立即檢查儀表氣源壓力,若氣源壓力小于0.4MPa,則不正常,檢查氣源管道有無堵塞或 漏氣現(xiàn)象;若氣源壓力小于0.2MPa,立即進行緊急停車。將監(jiān)控畫面上的自調(diào)系統(tǒng)全部打到手動,將調(diào)節(jié)閥閥位調(diào)到安全位置,通知儀表工檢查氣源,同時到 現(xiàn)場進行操作,關(guān)閉調(diào)節(jié)閥兩端的截止閥,用旁路閥操作。

  DCS發(fā)生故障時,操作工應掌握一定的判別方法,及早發(fā)現(xiàn)問題,進行適當處理,可以避免或者減少對工藝控制的影響。
