eNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)采用基于組播網(wǎng)絡(luò)通信技術(shù),分布式網(wǎng)絡(luò)管理系統(tǒng)自動(dòng)監(jiān)視網(wǎng)絡(luò)變化及管理過程數(shù)據(jù)通信,任一eNet網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)可以隨時(shí)下線和上線。eNet上所有控制器節(jié)點(diǎn)采用基于例外報(bào)告式的主動(dòng)發(fā)送機(jī)制,由KM950控制器根據(jù)數(shù)據(jù)的變化情況,進(jìn)行主動(dòng)地發(fā)送。無論有多少臺(tái)操作員站,控制器只發(fā)送一次數(shù)據(jù),這種設(shè)計(jì)大大降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)負(fù)荷和控制器負(fù)荷。在設(shè)有10臺(tái)全功能站的DCS中,NT6000分散控制系統(tǒng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)負(fù)荷為傳統(tǒng)方式的1/10,而控制器的通訊負(fù)荷也為傳統(tǒng)方案的1/10,而且隨著操作站數(shù)量的增加,網(wǎng)絡(luò)負(fù)荷和控制器負(fù)荷保持恒定。恒定的低負(fù)荷帶來的更好的任務(wù)確定性和更高的可靠性,同時(shí)又提高網(wǎng)絡(luò)通訊的速度,NT6000分散控制系統(tǒng)的操作響應(yīng)周期小于700ms,大大優(yōu)于行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)2.5s。



可靠性設(shè)計(jì)和特點(diǎn)

 ?。?)NT6000分散控制系統(tǒng)的核心模件均采用堅(jiān)固的工程塑料外殼封裝,具有良好的散熱效果。模件均通過了嚴(yán)格的電磁兼容測(cè)試,符合三級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn),局部達(dá)到四級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。能夠在現(xiàn)場(chǎng)復(fù)雜電磁環(huán)境中長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定工作。

 ?。?)NT6000分散控制系統(tǒng)控制網(wǎng)絡(luò)eNet采用對(duì)等式工業(yè)以太網(wǎng),構(gòu)架在兩個(gè)物理隔離的冗余工業(yè)以太網(wǎng)絡(luò)上,支持冗余環(huán)型或冗余星型網(wǎng)絡(luò)拓?fù)浣Y(jié)構(gòu);系統(tǒng)支持8個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)域連接,每個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)域最多連接64對(duì)控制器和64個(gè)操作站點(diǎn),所有網(wǎng)絡(luò)節(jié)點(diǎn)間的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸不需要通過服務(wù)器傳遞。網(wǎng)絡(luò)域間通過三層交換機(jī)或路由器實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)安全傳輸,任意網(wǎng)絡(luò)域間數(shù)據(jù)通訊的權(quán)限和數(shù)據(jù)流向均可設(shè)置。每個(gè)網(wǎng)絡(luò)設(shè)備都具有兩個(gè)獨(dú)立的完全隔離的網(wǎng)絡(luò)接口,冗余網(wǎng)絡(luò)同時(shí)工作,發(fā)送的數(shù)據(jù)在接受端進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)過濾和冗余處理,如果發(fā)生網(wǎng)絡(luò)切換,切換時(shí)間等于零,在數(shù)據(jù)應(yīng)用上沒有中斷和延時(shí),因此,不存在網(wǎng)絡(luò)冗余切換問題。

All controller nodes on eNet adopt an exception reporting based active sending mechanism, which is actively sent by the KM950 controller based on changes in data. No matter how many operator stations there are, the controller only sends data once, which greatly reduces network and controller load. In a DCS with 10 fully functional stations, the network load of the NT6000 distributed control system is 1/10 of that of the traditional method, and the communication load of the controller is also 1/10 of that of the traditional scheme. Moreover, as the number of operating stations increases, the network load and controller load remain constant. The constant low load brings better task certainty and higher reliability, while also improving the speed of network communication. The operation response cycle of the NT6000 distributed control system is less than 700ms, which is much better than the industry standard of 2.5s.



Data transmission between all network nodes does not need to be transmitted through servers. The secure transmission of data between network domains is achieved through layer three switches or routers, and the permissions and data flow of data communication between any network domain can be set. Each network device has two independent and completely isolated network interfaces, and the redundant network operates simultaneously. The sent data is filtered and redundantly processed at the receiving end. If a network switch occurs, the switching time is equal to zero, and there are no interruptions or delays in data applications. Therefore, there is no problem of network redundancy switching

Reliability design and characteristics

All modules have passed strict electromagnetic compatibility testing, meeting level three standards, and locally reaching level four standards. Capable of long-term stable operation in complex electromagnetic environments on site.

(2) The control network eNet of the NT6000 distributed control system adopts an equivalent industrial Ethernet, which is built on two physically isolated redundant industrial Ethernet networks and supports redundant ring or star network topologies; The system supports 8 network domain connections, with a maximum of 64 pairs of controllers and 64 operating sites connected to each network domain.
