With an ultra wide DC bus voltage input range, the voltage can be as low as 140VDC, which can reliably meet the technical requirements of low voltage ride through.
We use dedicated large heat sinks for the cooling of servo drives, without the need for fans, to improve system reliability.
The wind power dedicated servo driver has an open-loop motor control function, which can control the motor even in the event of damage to the motor feedback components, achieving emergency pitch control.
The wind power dedicated servo drive has built-in function block programming capabilities, which can complete pitch control tasks that used to require a dedicated pitch PLC. Users can flexibly modify the pitch program logic according to the actual situation on site. The servo drive is equipped with a CANopen standard communication interface, and interface modules that can adapt to other communication protocols (such as EtherCAT) can be added as needed. The servo drive will directly communicate with the main control system and complete all motion and logic control, eliminating the need for a pitch controller and saving costs.
The wind power dedicated servo driver has a second feedback interface, which can connect to the SSI redundant encoder to obtain the absolute position of the blade, and can return this position value to the main control PLC through CAN communication.
